You will work closely within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient facilities to deliver personalized patient care that sets industry standards for excellence. As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in patient recovery, utilizing cutting-edge resources and collaborative treatment techniques in a supportive, innovative environment. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement physical therapy interventions and monitor patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatments and home exercises. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure cohesive treatment strategies. Document patient care services and outcomes diligently. Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques. Ability to operate and navigate various physical therapy equipments and technology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
