Evaluate patients' functional status and occupational therapy needs to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Implement therapy interventions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and care strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, and standards across therapy practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment plan development Capability to handle physically demanding tasks Knowledge of therapeutic best practices and guidelines Efficient time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapist license National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification preferred
