Job Description Lead Front Desk Sales Location: Miami Aventura
(Longevity and Wellness Clinic) Role Overview: This is a
revenue-driving, sales-first role. The Lead Client Advisor is
responsible for converting every client interaction into revenue
through memberships, upgrades, and high-ticket wellness services.
You are not a receptionist—you are a closer. You will sit at the
front of the business and own the conversion of leads, walk-ins,
and existing members into high-value clients. Core Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue (Primary Focus) Convert walk-ins and leads into
paid memberships Aggressively upsell IV therapy, peptides,
diagnostics, and longevity programs Drive revenue per client
through packages and upgrades Own follow-up on all leads, missed
opportunities, and inactive members Consistently hit and exceed
sales and revenue targets Client Conversion & Influence Identify
client goals quickly and position high-value solutions Confidently
recommend $1K–$5K programs Handle objections and close sales in
real time Create urgency and drive immediate decision-making Front
Desk Leadership Own the front desk as a revenue center, not an
admin station Set the tone for a high-performance, luxury client
experience Ensure every client interaction leads to increased
lifetime value Collaborate with clinical staff to maximize client
outcomes and spend Ideal Candidate Profile Proven closer with
experience in high-end sales, fitness, wellness, or luxury services
Comfortable selling premium services and packages ($1K) Highly
confident, persuasive, and results-driven Thrives in
commission-based environments Strong presence, polished appearance,
and excellent communication skills Obsessed with hitting targets
and driving revenue What Success Looks Like High membership
conversion rate Strong upsell performance across IVs, peptides, and
diagnostics Consistent growth in average revenue per client Revenue
targets met or exceeded monthly Front desk operating as a
high-performance sales environment Why This Role Matters This role
directly drives the growth and profitability of the business. The
right person will significantly increase revenue within the first
60–90 days and elevate the overall performance of the clinic.
