agency in 1978 and currently have a team of five full-time and
three part-time team members. I started my career as a commercial
lines agent right out of college, which laid the foundation for my
long tenure in the insurance industry. Im a proud graduate of the
University of Central Florida. My wife and I have been married for
51 years, and we have three children and eight grandchildren.
Community involvement has always been important to me Ive been an
active member of my church for 40 years and the Rotary Club for 35
years, and I co-host monthly Cars & Coffee events. Our agency
embraces a traditional, old school State Farm approach,
prioritizing high customer service and quality standards. Many of
our team members have been with us for over 20 years, which speaks
to the strong culture and family-friendly environment weve built.

relationship-driven environment. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account
Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Merideth - State
Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and
customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer
relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency
departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively
marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to
drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide
recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex
customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to
recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management
preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record
of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales
conversations.
