Who We Are Bandon Fitness Texas, Inc. is the largest owner of Anytime Fitness locations in the United States with 250 current locations and plans for continued growth. What We Expect Assist in developing and managing the membership sales pipeline. Schedule appointments with potential new members. Meet with prospects to discuss their fitness goals and support sales presentations. Help establish and maintain a positive presence in the local community. Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for members. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members through outreach calls, appointment setting, and club tours. Support facility operations, including maintaining standards, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. Act as an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness brand. What You Bring Sales and management experience is preferred but not required. Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales goals. Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their health and fitness goals. Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service. Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented. Strong leadership ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, staff, management, and local community contacts. Schedule Staff hours are Monday-Thursday from 10am-7pm and Fridays from 10am-5pm. Staffing may mandate some Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Compensation & Benefit Summary Compensation packages will include base earning plus commission and bonus potential. Full-time positions include benefit plan options for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. Paid time off and paid holidays for full-time positions.
