We are seeking a sales ambassador to help our customers celebrate Florida Living! There are many retailers that sell outdoor furniture, but our sales team's passion is one of the many competitive advantages Leaders Furniture offers. We are currently searching for a Sales Professional who would enjoy a low-pressure sales environment in our Lakeland Showroom. We need someone that is ready to sell, upsell, perform outreach for new business and develop commercial accounts. We want everyone to be ablet o experience a quality sales process resulting in a quality product in their home.

• Hourly base salary plus Commission
• Increased hourly base pay during 14-week training period
• Commission plus hourly after 2 weeks
• Increased earning potential with -designer and contract sales
• Life-Work Balance - 40-hour work week; -M-S 10-7, Sun 10-6

  What we need from you:
  • Must have experience earning a Commission-Based Income. We are seeking individuals that have the drive and motivation to sell proactively.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter)
  • Able to attend weeklong training at our Distribution Center in Largo
  • Ability to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for quarterly trainings and meetings.
  • Lift/move 20lbs frequently, 50lbs as a team.
  • Ability to learn our point-of-sales software.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written.
