Job Description:

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to oversee all activities and responsibilities in conjunction with Sales, Service and substaining the Insurance Agency, Finance Insurance Support, Insurance Support Services and our customer base as it interacts with the Insurance Agency.

  Prepare required reports.
  
  
  Complete applications and other corresponding documents for the issuance of an insurance policy.
  
  
  Maintains records.
  
  
• 
  Capture new insurance business. (RV, boat, motorcycles, and auto)
  
  
  Develop a satisfied clientele that will recommend an agent's services to other potential customers; referral business focus.
  
  
  In the event of a loss, help policyholders settle insurance claims.
  
  
  Offer advice on the way clients can minimize risk and make recommendations.
  
  
  Involved in cross-selling or total account development.
  
  
  Implement and work processes set forth by the agency (Tickler files, renewals, etc.).
  
  
  Attend all company required meetings. - -

  -QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
    
    
    Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    
    
    Should be enthusiastic, confident, disciplined, and hard working.
    
    
    Knowledge of underwriting objectives and risk management. - Focused on retention.
    
    
    Time management skills.

    EDUCATION:

      High school diploma or equivalent required,
      
      
      Licensed 2-20 or 20-44 Agent (continuing education required in order to maintain their license and employment)
