possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills. Confer
with customers by email, telephone or in person to provide
information about products or services, take or enter orders,
cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of
customer interactions or transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Resolve customers--- service or billing complaints by performing
activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or
adjusting bills. Complete contract forms and prepare change of
address records. Compare disputed merchandise with original
requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for
returned goods. Entering, recording, storing, or maintaining
information in written or electronic/magnetic form. Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Customers: prepare quotes, provide
information as requested, and take calls from auto and appliance
customers wanting to place orders, respond to inquiries from
potential customers. Receive Purchase Order---s (PO) from customers
via email or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), review orders and
process. Maintain Return Material Authorization (RMA) logs and
files --- process forms, including Vulkan Lokring (VL) RMA forms,
and forward to accounting for credits. Work efficiently in a team
environment. This position reports directly to the Lokring Inside
Sales Manager. Must agree to (and pass) a background check,
physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing. Bi-lingual
(Spanish) a plus. This position is considered regular, full-time,
and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week.
This may also include occasional travel. Valid driver---s license
and dependable transportation. Microsoft Office 365 software ---
Word, Excel, Outlook experience required. High school diploma or
equivalent.
