---Envirobond is a progressive company, established in 2001, that
offers environmentally friendly products to the landscape
construction marketplace. Organic-LockTM () is the company's
flagship, patented product made from a renewable plant. It's a
powdered formula that is designed to be blended with crushed stone
aggregate, providing an environmentally friendly alternative to
asphalt for pathways and other travelled surfaces.
Organic-Lock has been installed in projects at the Brooklyn Bridge
Park, Princeton University, Harvard University, MIT, Shanghai
Disney, Toronto City Hall, New Orleans Museum of Art, University of
Notre Dame, Los Angeles Dodgers Stadium to name just a few of our

staff members work remotely from around the globe. Regular meetings
are held on Skype, connecting each other and furthering the company
agenda.*The successful candidate will work remotely and not have an
office to check into. The candidate can work from anywhere in
Canada or USA.
Envirobond has a network of licensed dealers throughout Canada and
the United States, each with an exclusive territory. These licensed
dealers purchase Organic-Lock from Envirobond and blend the powder
with their own local crushed stone aggregate to provide
Organic-Lock blended aggregate to landscape projects throughout
their territory. Projects are most often generated by landscape
architects who are increasingly seeking environmentally friendly
solutions for pathways and other surfaces and are specifying
Organic-Lock in their projects.
Envirobond is currently experiencing a bottleneck where more and
more landscape architects are looking to use Organic-Lock for
projects in areas where existing Organic-Lock dealers do not

Envirobond is seeking a qualified sales associate for the North
American marketplace. The role of the successful candidate will be
to develop and grow the sales market for Organic-Lock in North
America. The sales effort has two primary objectives:
1) Continue stimulating demand for Organic-Lock by building
awareness of Organic-Lock among landscape architects who will then
specify Organic-Lock in their landscape construction projects;
2) Grow the number of Organic-Lock blending facilities (i.e.
licensed dealers) by pitching to and onboarding existing crushed
stone aggregate suppliers/blenders as Organic-Lock dealers.
The sales role also includes supplementary responsibilities that
include maintaining relationships with existing licensed dealers,
providing ongoing technical support to Organic-Lock projects where
required as well as developing additional sales opportunities.
TERRITORY:North America*The successful candidate will work remotely
and not have an office to check into. The candidate can work from
anywhere in Canada or USA.
TRAINING:Envirobond will offer an extensive training package to
quickly bring the candidate up to speed on all technical aspects of
the product, as well as the overall market in general.
TRAVEL:The candidate will be able to do much of the legwork from a
home office, however travel to meet with landscape architects as
well as potential and existing licensed dealers will be
SUPPORT and REPORTING:The successful candidate will report directly
to the CEO and will be required to maintain detailed, consistent
and ongoing records in the company CRM (Salesforce). KPIs will be
created together with the candidate and the CEO and the candidate
will be held accountable to these KPIs on a regular basis. The
successful candidate and the CEO will meet via Skype on a weekly
basis to review the prior week's performance and set action items
for the upcoming week.
Envirobond has a 7 person marketing team that drives the awareness
of Organic-Lock to the marketplace. The successful candidate will
sit in on monthly marketing meetings via Skype to gain a full
understanding of Envirobond's marketing efforts, which will form
the basis for the candidate's sales efforts.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The successful candidate will
responsible for communicating with, and providing technical support
to, landscape architects and licensed dealers for all ongoing
projects as well as following up on projects that have technical

- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years sales
experience growing and developing markets.
- The successful candidate must be proficient in digital
technology and be a motivated, diligent individual with the ability
to work proficiently in a remote-working situation.
- The successful candidate must have experience in using a CRM on
a regular and ongoing basis to track and compile ongoing reports.

- Annual Salary: $65,000-$85,000 USD dependent on
- Commission: Sales commission will be provided for all new sales
