Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Review non-formulary or prior authorization requests against approved criteria and enter approvals or denials accurately
Develop and administer programs to enhance drug utilization and identify cost-saving practices
Assist in resolving member prescription claim issues and articulate pharmacy policies to providers and staff

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification
Preferred: Associate degree
Preferred: 3+ years of experience
