Facility Maintenance Manager--We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager with a background in the Building Materials and Manufacturing industries to oversee the maintenance and repairs of our machines and equipment as well as Fleet management and direct reports. As the Facility Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our manufacturing facility and fleet, providing technical support and expertise to our maintenance and fleet teams, and managing the upkeep and repair of all machines and equipment.Job Type: Full Time, On-SiteResponsibilities for the Facility Maintenance Manager:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and fleet teams
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, such as cutting machines, assembly lines, and robotic arms.
• Identify areas of improvement, enact process changes, and optimize overall facility and transportation efficiency
• Oversee all transportation functions with a goal of maximizing capacity utilization
• Maintain high levels of safety and security throughout the facility while ensuring that all maintenance operations are performed efficiently and according to protocol.
• Collaborate with production managers to schedule and execute maintenance work that minimizes production interruptions.
• Track maintenance expenses and prepare regular reports to senior management to ensure that maintenance costs remain within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility, equipment, and utilities to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment and facility infrastructure is properly maintained to avoid downtime.Requirements of the Facility Maintenance Manager:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Maintenance and Facility Management experience
  • Experience with Millwork, Windows, and Doors in a manufacturing setting is a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, equipment, and machines
  • Skilled and experienced with overseeing multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven expertise in managing warehouse and transportation operations.
