23777BR Position Title: Senior-Lead Business Systems Analyst - Pharmacy Core Systems Department: Information Systems Location: Lakeland, FL between Orlando and Tampa Description: The Pharmacy Team is seeking a highly analytical Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle on complex pharmacy systems. These responsibilities include system analysis, requirements gathering, project leadership, and building relationships with 3rd party vendors. Additional job responsibilities include: Work closely with management on project planning, resource allocation, and vendor management Lead a team on complex efforts across all aspects of the SDLC Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment on all various initiatives Maintain a consistently large and often dynamic workload Demonstrate expert level communication skills both verbally and in writing Communicate effectively with team members, other technology resources, business areas, and upper management Serve as an application expert on assigned application(s) Document current and proposed business processes and/or business rules Partner with business and technical teams to clearly define scope for enhancements and problems to be solved Recognize and examine risks and issues, take appropriate corrective actions, define mitigations Ensuring adherence to processes that enable project delivery, such as system access, information protection, hardware/software procurement, and vendor engagements Provide leadership and work prioritization for projects monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion Participate in an on-call production support rotation The most suitable candidate for this position will have a business background with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing and presentation skills and one who can communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers. Kentucky Ave Potential Annual Pay with Bonus: 98,280 - 174,980 City: Lakeland Year End Bonus: As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
