Job DescriptionIT INVENTORY SPECIALISTLength: Long-term contract
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pmLocation: Onsite at corporate offices in
Mulberry/Lakeland area
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
IT Inventory Specialist position is more administrative in
nature.
This person is responsible for managing inventory of our clients IT
equipment.
Reviews the PO/Requisitions provided for new orders Receives the
equipment and verify all items are received for each order Creates
a spreadsheet for uploading to our Inventory management software
Attaches asset tags and record serial numbers for each item. Stocks
the items in the proper location Organizes and maintains the
inventory areas Reports when levels are low for replenishment Packs
new store pallets for deployment Test/recycle equipment that has
been returned Assists with tracking and processing the billing and
invoices for IT inventory.
