As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you'll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through in-home intervention. You'll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. It's a rewarding position - you'll be an important member of a child's care team and will see the results first hand as you help improve that child's life.What You'll Do:

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
• Collect and record data
• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
• Attend team meetingsWhat You Bring:
  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Must pass background check
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required
  • TB test required
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
