We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our clients team . You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across various technologies and drive the project forward by working with their business partners in Solutions Engineering and Technology.
Responsibilities

• Help translate business concepts into detailed technical business requirements through user stories and/or business requirements and effectively communicate these requirements as the subject matter expert
• Track business requests with the team using established tools such as the Wiki and JIRA
• Manage backlog on a daily basis to ensure that work output adheres business priorities
• Remove roadblocks for the team and ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope
• Attend standing project team meetings such as scrums and sprint planning as the product subject matter expert
• Manage the day-to-day relationship and tactical execution across multiple organizations
• For new development efforts, collaborate with Manager to build business requirements and manage scope expectations
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address priority conflicts if they arise
  Qualifications
  
  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis experience with digital or data project experience working closely with technology and user experience teams
  • 3+ years experience working in an Agile environment
  • 1+ years experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and think creatively to solve problems
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
  • Strong accounting, financial and business acumen
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
