The Opportunity As a bodily injury claims adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting complex bodily injury claims and UIM claims, including confirming coverage, determining liability, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, defending, and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. This role requires three days in the office per week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available.

• Adjusts complex bodily injury claims with significant demonstrable injuries
• Investigates loss details, determines legal liability, and negotiates claim settlements
• Prioritizes and manages assigned claims workload and collaborates with team members
• Serves as a resource for less experienced team members on complex claims What you have:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 4+ years of casualty adjusting experience
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract and state laws and regulations
