Entry-Level M IG Welder

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level MIG Welder. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in welding and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for operating MIG welding equipment to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations: Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding operations based on job requirements.
• Assembly: Assemble parts by welding, bolting, riveting, or other methods as necessary.
• Quality Control: Inspect welded joints and workpieces to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, or drilling as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in various positions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in welding tasks.
  • Team Player: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or welding environment is advantageous but not required.
    • Certification in welding or related field is a plus.
