Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

Review incoming member out-of-pocket expenses and Carrot Card expenses
Coordinate activity between Payments team and insurance payers for payment facilitation
Collaborate with Care team, Customer Success, and Finance team for an exceptional member experience

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of claims submission/processing experience
Innovative spirit to push boundaries of claims operations
Ability to track claims and denials through lifecycle
Identify gaps in claims and reach out to providers for missing information
Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin
