Key Responsibilities:
Streamline and standardize enrollment functions in collaboration
with various departments
Supervise and train a team of staff members handling admission
support
Maintain team productivity, accuracy, efficiency, and continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years experience in a higher education Registrar's office or
direct admission processing
2 years experience in a fast-paced, large-volume professional
workplace
3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, Student
Information System, and Imaging Software
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed
