Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coder.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing medical records and abstracting HCCs
Coding to the highest level of specificity using ICD-10
guidelines
Defending coding decisions to internal and external audits
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of professional coding experience
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) license required
Preferred: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) license
Experience with Risk Adjustment coding
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
