Job Description:
A company is looking for Remote Call Center Representatives for
Medicaid Member Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment
using standard scripts and procedures
Assist callers with completing Medicaid applications and providing
updates on application status
Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are
met
Required Qualifications:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year call center experience in telephone customer
service or related field
Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
Background screening required
One year of medical insurance or medical office experience
preferred
