As an NGOP associate you will gain experience through rotational assignments across multiple functions including: Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Distribution and Production.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage an improvement project
• Challenging their workplace and leadership competencies
• Planning and organizing, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and collaboration
• Training and presentations to senior executives

  • Must be a graduating senior (December 2022 or May 2023 graduates)
  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degrees include but are not limited to: Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • No more than two years professional working experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in school or work and proven track record of delivering results
  • Willingness to relocate to : Lakeland , FL - Syracuse, NY - Bolingbrook, IL - Dallas, TX - Union City, CA - Santa Fe Springs, CA
  • May require overnight work during Warehouse Production rotation (5 weeks)
  • Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the programPHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
    • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
