* Set up and operating the following equipment
* scales
* tape machine
* 8600 and 8610 machines
* loaf cutter
* packaging code daters
* bagging equipment
* Biro meat saw


* Maintain all production paperwork including HACCP documentation
* Operate Pallet Jack
* Maintenance of Scale
* Stack boxes and
* Other duties as assigned.
