Job Description:

Required Education and Experience: High School graduate. Completion of Security Certification program. Possess First Aid and CPR Card or obtain through Watson Clinic Education classes within 90 days of employment. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with a safe driving record.Preferred Education and experience: Completion of a 2 year Associates of Science degree program in criminal justice with 1 to 3 years of working experience in the field of Security Services.Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Attend Basic and Advanced Chiller and Fire Panel reset education with demonstration of learned skillsets within 30 days of employment. Must have basic knowledge of fire extinguisher utilization and/or attend NFPA class. Must possess knowledge of patient transfer and lifting ergonomics or attend educational class within 30 days of employment. Must be willing to attend continuous education classes pertinent to hospitality and patient services. Must have customer service experience. Must have experience interacting with general public. Must have prior safety/security/hospitality experience. Must have basic computer skills or willing to attend educational class. Must have experience handling cash and making bank deposits. Must display calm mannerism in a crisis or difficult situation(s). Must be dependable and maintain an exceptional attendance record. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for long periods and be able to assist with lifting/transporting patients. Must enjoy working with people and assisting in making them more comfortable. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
