Position Details: - Call Center technician experience 2-3 years -
Support desktop peripherals, central print management and audio
visual equipment - 2-3 years' experience with Five9, Windows 10,
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and Office365 - Perform Tier One
triage on team's tickets then assign tickets appropriately -
Provide KBAs for Help Desk Tier One team to support end-users -
Schedule floats between 7am and 7pm Monday through Friday
