ABOUT US:We are a high-growth technology company helping cannabis
regulators govern their industry's supply chain. We provide the
system and tags that track products from seed to sale - and
everything in between harvest, manufacture, testing, and
transportation. We work with regulators to help monitor the
industry, make sense of the vast amount of data in our system, and
ensure public safety through product tracing and investigation

more transparent for everyone. ABOUT YOU:You are a self-starter who

skills, and to be "the face" of our executive team. To be
successful in this position, you will need to have excellent
multitasking and time management skills. Qualified candidates
should also be familiar with the full Microsoft Office suite and
have the ability to work quickly under pressure. The Executive
Assistant acts as the point of contact between the executives and
internal or external colleagues. They organize and book meetings,
make travel arrangements and handle correspondence directed to the
executive team. They also produce reports and presentations and
maintain databases and files.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore duties and
responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be

time.Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and
editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the
executive's behalfMaintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate
records, documents, and reportsPerforming minor accounting and
bookkeeping dutiesOrganizing meetings, including scheduling,
sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryAnswering
incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and
accurately taking messagesWelcoming visitors and identifying the
purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate
departmentManaging the executive's day-to-day calendar, including
making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive
mattersCoordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and
international) and creating trip itinerariesUsing various software,
including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
to prepare reports and/or special projectsPerforms other duties as
assigned.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES2-3 years of
experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is
preferred.Excellent time management and ability to meet
deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication
skillsWell-developed organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to act as
gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as
neededSkilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g.,
copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax
machines).Ability to work effectively with minimal
supervisionStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to display a high
level of professionalism and confidentialityExceptional attention
to detailFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other
scheduling, bookkeeping, and project management software can also
be beneficial. One-year certificate from college or technical
school; or three to six months related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.PHYSICAL
DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT-- In-office position -- Frequently
required to sit -- Frequently required to talk or hear --
Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read
technical information, and/or use a keyboard and mouse. Prolonged
periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -- Must be
