Opportunity IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR ACTIVE FDLE CERTIFICATION This
position is responsible for providing protective custody service(s)
of Inmates while they are located at medical facilities outside of
Agency property. Officers will maintain secured integrity of the
hospital room and ensure the inmate is escorted and restrained
properly while in their custody. In addition, Officer will
proactively monitor and ensure the behavior of detainees in their
custody stays within Agency standards. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES must
have active FL CJSTC Certifications along with 2 years---
experience as a certified Law Enforcement, Corrections or Military
Police Officer. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY: Specific Duties and Essential
Functions -- Supervise and control detainee behavior during the
detainees hospital stay and/or medical appointment(s); restrain by
force if necessary, using handcuffs and other restraints -- Perform
searches of detainee, hospital room and nearby objects capable of
concealing contraband -- Transport or escort detainees (passive and
uncooperative) using handcuffs and/or other approved restraints in
accordance with strict policy and procedure -- Demonstrate a clear
understanding and need for protection the confidential information
of each detainee -- Communicate effectively and coherently with
hospital staff, G4S Management, Agency Management and/or detainees
with approved facility communication devices including the
telephone system, intercom system, and portable or base radios --
Maintain all issued equipment including firearm, duty gear,
hospital bag, radio(s), and uniform items in functional and
professional condition as set forth by AUS policy ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be able to work various shifts and
weekends, as dictated by the operational needs of the team. 2.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and
prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage
deadlines. 3. Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated

Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft
Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available
office management technology. 5. Professional, articulate and able
to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must have proven
ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in
strictest confidence. Must be able to work overtime as needed. 6.
Current state driver---s license, clean driving record (no points
in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by
Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
7. Professional, articulate and able to use good independent
judgment and discretion. 8. Outstanding verbal and written
communication skills required. Ability to successfully interact at
all levels of the organization, including with clients, while
functioning as a team player required. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform

one or more of the following: -- Minimum of two years of law
enforcement experience -- Minimum of two years of service in the
Military Police -- Minimum of two years of corrections experience

Psychological testing, if required by a related contract -- SOP
(Security Officer Profile), if required by a related contract
