Job Description E-Office Solutions is seeking an Accounts
Payable Clerk to join our team You will be responsible for the
billing and daily tasks of your assigned markets. Establish and
maintain positive, interactive business relationships with clients
and location managers. For analyzing detailed account billing and
payment activity, providing courteous and prompt problem solving
assistance, update and maintain detailed client records with the
goal of keeping account balances current. Responsibilities: Handle
Accounts Payable accounts for your assigned markets. Verify amounts
being billed and consult clients with discrepancies. Record vendor
invoices. Ensure vendors are paid with in applicable billing terms.
Be able to work professionally with other staff in Accounts
Payable. Ability to quickly assess and identify root causes and
proceed with appropriate actions to resolve matters at hand.
Comfortable speaking to clients in regards to billing questions.
Ability to take ownership and prioritize escalated situations to
ensure situation is cared for in a timely, professional and
courteous manner. Ensure all documents received are scanned upon
receipt to applicable account Ability to run and review reports,
maintain departmental spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
Qualifications: Minimum Two (2) years experience in accounts
payable or other related fields Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
GP strongly recommended Knowledge of common accounts payable laws
and standard practices High school diploma [or GED] required Strong
attention to detail Must be competent in Microsoft Words, Excel,
and Outlook We look forward to your application
