INTAKE COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY
The Intake Coordinator serves as a key member of the Business Development team. This team member is a vital part of the company as they are the liaison between AgAmerica and the client. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with 20-30 potential AgAmerica clients per day, assessing their needs and providing information about AgAmerica products. This person will enjoy engaging with a variety of farmers, ranchers, and landowners across the country and enjoy working one-on-one with clients by identifying an opportunity that AgAmerica can fulfill.

To be considered for the position, this person will need to have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively engage with potential clients while selling and promoting AgAmerica. This person will be able to turn a commonplace call into a memorable experience, create a genuine relationship, and provide unforgettable service. - - - -The person in this position will work with multiple departments and be able to effectively strategize to accommodate the needs of potential AgAmerica's clients. The person must be a highly motivated problem solver that is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person will thrive in a high-growth company while embracing and driving change. This person will have the opportunity to grow sales skills, learn how to analyze financials and manage multiple potential clients.

JOB DETAILS
Hire Date: ASAP
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package, bonus opportunities
Additional Requirements: Nation-wide overnight travel 2-3 weeks per year

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls and engage in active listening with clients to determine their need
Routinely follow up with potential clients who may fit AgAmerica products
Develop strong knowledge base of AgAmerica lending products
Generate opportunities for AgAmerica
Achieving goals and KPI's as set by the Director of Business Development
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate AgAmerica department
Promote AgAmerica by attending events and conferences
Utilize databases, software and tracking tools with accuracy
Work closely with Production teams to initiate a long-term relationship with clients
Work closely with Marketing team to accurately report leads and opportunities
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Recognize opportunities to provide unforgettable service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, agriculture or related field
Experience working in sales or customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients
