Company Driver Benefits & Compensation $0.58 Per mile to start for non-local runs $20.00 Hourly pay load/unload pay for non-local runs $30.00 Hourly pay for local runs A top-of-the-line PPO health insurance policy Excellent dental insurance Vision plan Weekly pay with Direct Deposit available Generous paid time off 7 paid holidays 401K Plan with company match Driver Referral Bonus Plan ($1,000) Company provided Life insurance Well -maintained company tractor and trailer fleets EZ Pass provided PeopleNet on-board communications List of Requirements Must be at least 23 years old Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 6 months experience preferred - will take drivers out of driving school with additional training Must have CDL A with H/T Endorsements Must have TWIC Card or willing to obtain No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months No preventable DOT recordable crashes within the last 3 years No major traffic violations in the last 3 years If you have less than 1 year tanker experience, additional training will be required. Overview Drivers deliver hazardous and non-hazardous clean chemicals such as fuel additives and resins. Deliveries to customer plants. Most runs are dedicated with some backhauls. Drivers load and unload tanker via gravity, air and pump and hose. Combination single and multi-stop loads.
