The Regional Account Sales team is highly consultative and collaborative. They build strong relationships with their customers, becoming trusted advisors that enable them to custom-tailor solutions, products, or services for their clients. Every day we bring a strong sense of urgency and commitment to continue to grow the business and meet aggressive delivery goals.Responsibilities:Leads the revenue and gross profit plans and programs for ISNs regional customer baseDirects the operation, initiatives, and programs across the Territory Account Manager (TAM) team in collaboration with the Inside Sales teamCreating a winning culture by motivating, coaching, and developing the team, ensuring the team have the required level of skills and knowledge to perform against their roles and responsibilitiesMaintain close relationships with senior stakeholders in key customers and vendorsImplements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Reviews Market Analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, discount rates, directs staff, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programDirects channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Advises dealers, distributors and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product, deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Territory Account ManagersMeets with key clients, assisting Territory Account Managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Liaison between sales department and other sales related activities/departmentsAnalyzes and controls expenditures of region to conform to budgetary requirementsPrepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
