We strive to meet every patients' individual needs with skillfulness and professionalism.Job Description- As a primary source of support for patients and clinic staff, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Complete Care in our Integrative Physical Medicine office. We'll rely on you to listen to our patients and staff while using your passion for customer service and patient care to assist with and report any questions, issues, or concerns to the Practice Manager. We not only want you here to help assist requests but more importantly to provide an incredible patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker, who isambitiousand detail-oriented.Responsibilities will include:

• In-office when Practice Manager is not in the office location
  • Hosting morning meetings with all office clinical staff members
    • Assisting administrative and other various roles throughout the clinic with daily tasks and duties
      • Addressingpatientbilling and attorney inquires
        • Ensuring Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staff members
          • Reportingpatientand staff observations to Practice ManagerRequirements:
            • Great communication (orally and written) to peers and management
              • Must have high attention to detail
                • Constantly exceeds performance expectations
                  • Does not make excuses
                    • Must be easily flexible and not easily frustrated
                      • Must be a great problem solver
