Fork Lift -Electric Pallet Jack -Kelly Professional and Industrial is now hiring Fork Lift -Electric Pallet Jack Operators, Material Handlers, staff--for a reputable logistics company in Lakeland, FL. Ideal candidates will have prior--experience in this field and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with using Walkie Ryder (which is a Stand-up Electric Pallet Jack) and Stand-up forklift to load and unload trucks is preferred. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and sorting products. Will be working in Cooler & Freezer environment. We are looking for dependable workers. This is a possible--temp. to hire position.Hours/Pay Rate: MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 6 AM - 6--PM SHIFT AS NEEDED & OT WHEN REQUIRED. Example shift--hours below, but could vary before or after.* Sunday--- Friday * Saturday Off* Pay Rate - $13/hr. Job Responsibilities:* High School Diploma / GED Preferred* Minimum one -two years prior WALKIE RYDER ELECTRIC PALLET JACK--lift--experience.* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.* Basic Computer Skills--of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Proven accuracy and attention to detail.* Self-directed, self-motivated.* Distribution experience highly desired.* This position is responsible for maneuvering and order selecting product within the facility specified by customer orders listed on pick ticket.* Ability to notify lead and supervisor of product incorrectly received or put away in incorrect locations in the warehouse or freezer section.* Possible use of RF handheld unit to scan the product,--and follow the SOP's to ensure product is selected and scanned correctly according to customer orders and dates.* Will complete daily inspection of equipment and turn in proper documentation to uphold safety standards.* Prior warehouse experience required.* Must be very detail oriented and able to perform counts of large #'s.* Equipment operation experience required.* Must be able to read a spreadsheet and identify product needs using the customers inventory method.* Must be able to maintain production levels that meet the minimum standards.* Ability to operate all equipment in a safe manner following safety guideline established by OSHA and the facility.* Able to stay on task with minimal supervision.* Detail oriented with high sense of urgency and positive attitude.* Adapt to other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.For more information or to apply for this--amazing opportunity, please forward a copy of your resume directly to JoAnn Nelson--at nelsojo@kellyservices.com and I will contact you as soon as possible.Why Kelly--?As a worker today, it's up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
