Description:This position is for a Business Analyst in the Enterprise IT organization supporting the Lockheed Martin SAP Supply Chain Procure to Pay (LMP2P) Application. This is in support of the Sustainment team for the delivery of IT operations and services for successful LMP2P software development and maintenance as it relates to all processes ensuring successful integration of production operations. This position supports multiple process areas (Receiving and Supplier Quality, Requisition to Procurement, Material Cost Estimating, Accounts Payable, Business Warehouse) in user acceptance testing, to include test automation. This position is a key member of the Supply Chain Applications team and will report to the Supply Chain Business Operations Asc Manager. The LMP2P operations and process staff are located virtually with the need to work and communicate effectively within this environment. This is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities from the business area Customers. Work location is at a major U.S. Lockheed Martin site is required and is not a full-time telecommuting position. Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: Candidate will be responsible for providing business analyst support of several internal Supply Chain systems including LM Procure to Pay (P2P). Candidate will be expected to participate in all phases of systems maintenance, operations, and software development to include issue trend analysis and corrective actions; requirements definition, test, and deployment; and process improvements. Candidate will work very closely with an integrated team that includes end users, business analysts, and software engineers. Support to the sustainment activities for the LM Procure to Pay Process Teams, and support of break/fix incidents and O&M enhancements, functional testing, documentation and training updates, and communications. * Support testing of sustainment releases, technical updates, overall upgrade management * Service Catalog ticket analysis and resolution, trend analysis and reporting * Support Requirements analysis and documentation * Regression test support, test automation integration as part of the operations process * Provides production support, including off hours when required * Provide input to project status and progress reports Interacts with LMP2P Leadership and subject matter experts across Lockheed Martin to support enterprise process team and CCB approvals into overall priorities. Actively participates in status meetings for the larger LMP2P program providing updates on issues, risks, and schedule. Travel, as required to support the LMP2P Program. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle as illustrated through work experience * Knowledge of Supply Chain systems, services and business processes or equivalent experience * Experience and specific knowledge of business process analysis which may include documenting high level requirements and functional specifications * Ability to map out process flows and identify root cause of problem areas * Demonstrated experience showing flexibility and a willingness to explore innovative solutions to achieve results. * Strong communication and organizational skills * Experience with MS Office products Desired Skills: * Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team * Experience working in a fast-paced, virtual environment * Knowledge and/or experience with change management process and tools * Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Development methodologies and SAP applications * Pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related major BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
