We would like to get to know you to see if we are the right fit for you and your career goals Wireless Solution Specialist Responsibilities Provide?industry-leading customer service by going above and beyond to ensure all aspects of a customer's needs are met and every client has a positive experience. Pursue additional sales opportunities by phone and in person. You will be expected to?call existing and potential new clients on a daily basis to grow the business. Ensure all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete. Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory. Reconcile cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures. Perform reporting functions as required. Manage customer service concerns and?create lasting customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations and frequently following up. Maintain store appearance. Flexible to work in multiple locations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Other duties include activating devices, processing customer account changes and bill payments, assisting with?billing inquiries, troubleshooting and upgrading devices, and processing price plan changes and upgrades. Minimum Qualifications College degree is preferred but not required Wireless experience preferred Work independently in a retail location Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated Professional appearance Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to lift 20 pounds #m
