Job Description:

Customer Support Specialist Dealius is the industry leader within CRE Tech providing an enterprise-based solution for commercial real estate brokerages to manage broker pipelines and create a seamless and paperless platform for managing cashflows and key business drivers. We are actively seeking a solutions-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team You will be directly responsible for providing customer support through various mediums such as phone and email. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced culture and growth within an organization. Dealius is a hyper-growth company that provides an industry-leading back-office and pipeline management solution to CRE brokerage firms. Here's what you'll be doing: Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to customers who submit inquiries via phone, email, or chat Work with Service team to on-board new clients (web-training and system setup) Enter all correspondence and necessary information related to a case into the case management system Collaborate and follow-up with the product team on cases that require escalation Create client resources including FAQ's troubleshooting tips, best practices and instructional videos Manage case work-load by monitoring open case queue and phone queue and addressing cases in the order in which they are received Here's what you'll need: Associates or Bachelor degree preferred 1-2 years of experience serving in an external client-facing role supporting clients via phone or email 1-2 years of experience using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting a product or software as a service (SaaS) solution Experience with being managed to traditional customer support KPI's such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline sensitive environment Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in MS applications, Join.me web-based training, (add others) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred) SaaS: 1 year (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: Flexible
