Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal operations, including contract management and
compliance
Support commercial needs by creating templates, policies, and
negotiating contracts
Ensure marketing compliance and oversee legal and compliance
approval processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Certification in Paralegal Studies preferred
3+ years of experience in marketing, consumer protection, and
contract law
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with legal
operation software
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and implement tools
efficiently
Proactive personality with a willingness to learn and adapt
