We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Software Engineer This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office per week). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Designing and building full stack features across the platform, including workflow orchestration UIs, agent configuration surfaces, API integrations, and data visualization dashboards. Developing and extending API gateway capabilities that centralize platform calls to enterprise systems behind stable, versioned contracts. Building bidirectional integrations with enterprise procurement, finance, travel, and contract management platforms using RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns. Collaborating directly with the Product Lead and Architecture Lead to translate product requirements into technical specifications and sprint deliverables. Implementing AI agent orchestration workflows with durable execution, audit trail capture, and deterministic replay of sourcing decision chains. Contributing to regulatory compliance data products, including field validation controls, data lineage mapping, and integration with cloud data warehouse and transformation tooling. Championing engineering best practices including test coverage, CI/CD pipeline quality, code review standards, and documentation. Growing into a Product Owner role by developing deep domain expertise in Source-to-Pay workflows and taking increasing ownership of backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and roadmap decisions. Technology Stack Orchestration: Durable workflow engines, pipeline orchestration tools Backend: Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture Frontend: React, TypeScript, data visualization libraries Data: Cloud data warehouse, transformation frameworks, SQL AI/ML: LLM API integration, prompt engineering, agent framework design Enterprise Systems: Procurement, finance, travel, and contract management platforms Infrastructure: API gateway, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments To Be Successful in This Role, We’re Seeking Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4 years of professional full stack development experience, with demonstrated strength in both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python or Node.js) technologies. Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise platforms or third-party systems. Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with cloud data warehouses is a strong plus. Familiarity with workflow orchestration concepts and durable execution frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product leadership, translating business requirements into technical solutions. A builder’s mindset – comfort working in an early-stage product environment where you’re shaping architecture decisions, not just executing on a fixed spec. Preferred Experience with LLM/AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, or agent-based system design. Prior work in procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay domains. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and their data requirements. Experience with data transformation frameworks, pipeline orchestration, or data quality/lineage tooling. Demonstrated interest in growing into product ownership – prior PO, PM, or technical product lead experience is a bonus.
