ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is to serve as a technical expert including, but not
limited to lighting design, master carpentry, and master
electrician responsibilities. Performs responsibilities and skilled
technical work in support of a large performing arts facility with
a high volume of performances, and events, both internal and
external. Work is governed by both broad, as well as specific
instructions and objectives involving frequently changing
conditions, problems, and opportunities
Essential Duties
This position is a level C18. Please see starting salary range
below.
Note: This position will have a late spring (May/June 2023) start
date.
Required Skills
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
Required Experience
Experience in technical theatrical production or construction
required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Four years of skilled work experience in technical theatrical
production and supervision supplemented by a working knowledge of
electrical and construction techniques. An equivalent of training
and experience may be substituted.
