In this position, you will observe monitored customer facing Publix.com and mobile applications performance using a variety of real time application performance monitoring (APM) tools and will proactively design and implement solutions, make enhancements, and improve performance, while using a core .NET skillset. The ideal candidate will have Experience working with high volume 247 transactional-based systems and be willing to participate in the teams support rotation. Experience with application performance optimization including database query performance, CDN optimization, code analysisrefactoring for performance, and cache design strategies. Performance acceleration tools experience on Web and Mobile platforms. Strong skills in .NET, IIS, ASP.NET, C, and SQL The ability to convert a stress test into development opportunity. Strong troubleshootingproblem-solving skills working in a production environment. Strong experience in working with interconnected systems. Leadership experience in guiding a team of individuals performing similar work. Bachelor s Degree in a technical discipline like Computer Science or 10 or more years of equivalent work experience Minimum of seven years experience in application development using .NET, ASP.NET, C and SQL skill set Minimum of seven years experience designing and developing applications in a large distributed environment Minimum of seven years experience with relational databases Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) andor Application Monitoring Tools (APM) tools Experience with specific monitoring andor performance tools like Dynatrace, Precise I3, Apache SOLR search, Head Spin Mobile App Performance, and Splunk. Experience with application performance optimization Experience with database query performance optimization Experience with CDN optimization, and cache design strategies. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
