You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting to attract and hire the best talent with experience and potential to ensure Reliance Medical Centers delivers its Mission, Vision and Values. Execute staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, conducting phone interviews to identify talent, building candidate pipeline, and increasing retention. A successful recruiter will partner and collaborate with department leaders and executives on a regular basis while proactively assessing and effectively delivering the future hiring needs for the organization.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily administrative facets of recruitment by working collaboratively with hiring managers, leaders, and executives across the company to determine current and future the hiring needs.
Sources, identifies, and attracts top talent to join Reliance Medical Centers within our medical centers and corporate office.
Interviews and presents top talent to hiring managers
Proactively researches, develops, and manages candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, on-line, social media, community, and college/university initiatives and engagement
Ensures that the screening, interviewing, and processing of candidates occurs in a timely manner
Maintains general understanding of practice operations and tracks recruitment metrics.
Maintains applicant tracking system (ATS), job requisitions, referrals, records, and reports on recruiting activities
Reviews, enhances, and develops recruiting process and system improvements
Promotes Reliance Medical Centers brand reputation and values as an employer of choice by attending job fairs, universities, colleges, etc.
Delivers behavioral interview training to new managers and existing management team.
Develops and enhances behavioral interviewing guides.
Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Keeps up to date on current employment legislation and regulations
This position is primarily an in-office role but does have some flexibility to work at home, as business needs dictate.
On occasion may require visiting medical centers in Lakeland and Winter Haven to partner and collaborate with Center Managers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or work-related experience required
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of demonstrated successful hands-on full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience developing recruiting strategies and implementing process and system improvements

Knowledge and skills
Healthcare industry recruiting experience and knowledge is preferred
Able to manage multiple recruitment plans, assignments, and implement strategy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to be objective by evaluating situations
Able to work with others, communicate effectively, collaborate, and influence all levels of the organization including executives
Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and networking skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong organization skills
Strong presentation skills in front of groups.
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle pressure
General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Technical Skills
Advanced Micro-Soft skills in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Advanced Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paychex system is preferred
Advanced web-based, direct, and networking recruiting skills to source, attract and engage candidates, includingconducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events.
