As a boutique coastal lifestyle hotel, Ambros Daytona blends refined hospitality with curated social, wellness, and dining moments designed to feel effortless, elevated, and distinctly local. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who understands that food and beverage is not just an operation—but a core expression of the guest experience and brand identity . The Food & Beverage Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, design-forward concepts that enhance how guests dine, gather, and connect while at Ambros. Key Responsibilities Curate and lead food and beverage experiences that align with Ambros Daytona’s luxury-lifestyle brand , coastal sensibility, and experiential vision Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, poolside service, events, and lifestyle activations, ensuring exceptional service and brand consistency Partner with culinary, wellness, and events teams to develop seasonal menus, signature moments, pop-ups, and elevated programming Drive financial performance through disciplined budgeting, cost controls, and strategic revenue growth Lead, mentor, and inspire a service-driven team that delivers polished yet approachable luxury Build relationships with select local partners, purveyors, and brands to create authentic, community-driven experiences Stay attuned to hospitality, food, beverage, and lifestyle trends to continuously evolve offerings Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and service excellence Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership within luxury, lifestyle, boutique, or resort hospitality Strong operational expertise paired with a refined aesthetic and guest-centric mindset Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-development skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls Passion for curated dining, social experiences, wellness, and modern hospitality trends Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred Why Ambros Daytona Ambros Daytona offers a unique opportunity to shape a growing food, beverage, and lifestyle platform within a design-driven, coastal luxury environment .
