FL 33913 Department: Nursing, Home Health Work Type: Full Time (80
hours bi-weekly) Shift: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Flexible to meet patient and business needs Minimum to Midpoint Pay
Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 / hour This is a driving role. Caring for
patients in their home. Strong documentation/computer skills needed
for this role. This position supports the Central Team: Fort Myers,
Lehigh, Alva One (1) year of acute experience required. Relocation

specialized nursing treatments and preventive measure. Document
progress and coordinate services, ensuring all team members are
informed of patient updates. Supervise LPNs and home health aides,

valued. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of
professional nursing. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of acute
care experience required. Minimum 2 years of cardiac experience
preferred. Certification: BLS (American Heart Association/Basic
Life Support) required. License: Currently licensed RN in the State
of Florida. Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic
