Job Description Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Outpatient Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a full-time Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for an established outpatient behavioral health clinic in Florida. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $325,000 Incentive Compensation: Up to $6,000 annually based on productivity (paid quarterly) Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary life, disability, and supplemental insurance options 403(b) retirement plan eligibility Vacation Time: 10 days annually 15 days after 5 years 20 days after 10 years 6 sick days annually Paid company holidays Continuing Professional Education (CME): 5 paid CME days per year Up to $1,500 annually (subject to approval) DEA license and renewal paid Florida Physician license renewal paid One professional membership related to board certification paid What You’ll Do: Monday–Friday schedule No nights or weekends Treat children, adolescents, and adults Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team Work with patients with diverse psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders Requirements: Active Florida medical license MD or DO in Psychiatry New grads are welcome MAT certification a plus Spanish/English bilingual preferred This is a mission-driven organization offering long-term stability, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance.
