Job Description The facility is expanding its team to manage ongoing growth and is seeking BC/BE physicians interested in both clinical excellence and academic involvement. Role Overview: Setting: High-volume pediatric ED with over 35,000 annual visits. Staffing Model: Strong coverage with 40 physician hours and additional APP support daily. Academics: Opportunities for academic appointments with a local medical school. The hospital supports an accredited Pediatric residency and PEM fellowship program. Facility: Part of a large, state-of-the-art health campus with a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties. Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. BC/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Valid state medical license and DEA. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Commensurate with experience. Incentives: Annual compensation tied to clinical activity, academic accomplishments, and quality improvement. Relocation: Standard $15,000 package. Sign-on Bonus: To be determined. Additional: Comprehensive health/dental/vision, mortgage assistance, 403B with employer match, 457 plans, and CME allowance.
