Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team, specializing in developing personalized nutritional plans to enhance patient health and well-being. As a part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, tailored nutritional care across our facility-based and home-based services. Assess patient health needs and diet restrictions to develop personalized nutrition plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate dietary plans with overall patient care. Educate patients and their families about healthy eating habits and nutritional management of diseases. Monitor and document patient progress and modify dietary plans based on changes in health status. Participate in research and stay current with nutritional science and dietetic trends to provide evidence-based care. Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietetics. Excellent communication and educational skills. Ability to assess patient nutritional needs and develop plans accordingly. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Proficiency in dietetic software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed Dietitian status in the practicing state when applicable.
