Position Highlights Outpatient-only schedule with an amazing work/life balance Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, closed from 12 - 1 pm for lunch Small patient panels with approximately 10 - 15 patients per day Extended, unrushed visits focusing on preventive and chronic care Senior population aged 65 and older, Medicare and Medicare Advantage-focused Value-based model prioritizing outcomes rather than volume Opportunity to significantly impact health outcomes through a purpose-driven model Practice Environment Dedicated care coordination and quality support teams A clinic environment built for efficiency, comfort, and deep patient connection Centralized analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools Streamlined workflows and robust administrative infrastructure Collaborative forums and strong clinical leadership Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary aligned with local market and patient panel Sign-on bonus W2 employed model 4 weeks of Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) with 100% match up to 3% Comprehensive medical, dental, vision & supplemental benefits Malpractice insurance fully covered Medical license, DEA, and renewal fees covered Professional development & CME allowance Full administrative, technological, and clinical support structure Candidate Requirements MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Active Florida license or willingness to obtain Interest or experience in senior-focused care and value-based medicine, preferred Strong communicator with excellent documentation habits Comfortable managing a 65 patient panel At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred Why Our Community?
