Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and skilled Rehab Medical
Surgical RN to join our progressive healthcare team. In this role,
you will provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in
rehabilitation following surgical procedures. As an integral member
of our team, you will support patient recovery, working closely in
a multidisciplinary environment to facilitate the healing process
and help patients regain their independence. This position combines
the art of nursing with the science of medicine to foster a
supportive environment both for patients and their families.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical
patients in rehabilitation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to
develop and modify individual patient care plans. Provide direct
patient care and administer medications. Monitor patient recovery
and respond to emergencies. Educate patients and their families on
post-surgical care and rehabilitation processes. Maintain detailed
and accurate patient records. Adhere to all hospital safety
protocols and standards. Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and
patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

in the state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification from the American
Heart Association
