Physical Therapist Location: Port Charlotte, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,651 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid Physical Therapy license Certifications: MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university Must-Have: - Valid Physical Therapy license - MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university - Acute care experience Description: This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy. The facility has a capacity of 253 beds, including a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation unit. Approximately 20 physical therapy staff members work in the unit. The typical patient ratio is 9-10 patients per therapist per day. The standard productivity requirement is 75%. Mobility equipment is utilized during therapy sessions. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Experience with Meditech and ICU is considered a plus.
