Associate Clinic Manager (ACM) to support the daily operations of
our clinic. This role is designed for individuals looking to
develop supervisory and leadership skills in preparation for future
management roles. The ACM will assist in overseeing clinic
operations, supporting patient care, and contributing to business
growth. While the ACM may guide and mentor team members, this
position does not have direct reports. The ACM will work closely
with the Clinic Manager and Medical Provider as part of the
in-clinic leadership team to ensure alignment between clinical care
and operational goals. Position Responsibilities: Support daily
clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional
patient experiences. Build personal relationships with patients,
providing tailored guidance, feedback, and meal planning to support
their health and wellness goals. Perform patient consultations,
educating them on the variety of programs offered and assisting in
selecting the right plan. Assist in evaluating metabolic health
using diagnostics such as body composition analysis, visceral fat
levels, and metabolic risk assessments. Develop weekly SMART goals
with patients to help them stay focused and motivated toward
achieving their outcomes. Administer and train patients on
self-administration of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
(training provided). Leverage the Options Health Panel (OHP) to
monitor metabolic health markers such as blood glucose, lipid
levels, and insulin resistance over time. Educate patients on
metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, and risk factors for
metabolic syndrome, incorporating insights from 12-Month Health
Transformation (12MHT) training. Follow up on all leads, set
appointments, and ensure final disposition on each potential
patient inquiry. Assist in generating new patient leads by building
relationships with outside referral resources. Support front desk
operations and clinic inventory management as needed. Collaborate
with the Clinic Manager to implement clinic strategies, monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs), and drive business growth. Mentor
and guide team members, providing support and feedback to foster
professional development. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA
protocols and maintain a safe, professional clinic environment.
Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the
organization. Competencies: High energy and enthusiasm for helping
people.Strong communication, organizational, and consultative sales
skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment.Knowledge of metabolic health, including
insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and cardiometabolic risk
factors.Motivational and inspirational attitude with a passion for
patient care and team development. Required Education/Experience :
Required Education/Experience - Bachelors degree in Business,
Marketing or Health Sciences. Two years of experience in
consultative sales and/or sales roles. Experience with setting and
reaching quotas required. Physical Requirements: Must have weekend
availability. This role requires prolonged periods of standing and
sitting, including working at a computer for extended durations.
Frequent direct patient interaction, requiring excellent
interpersonal communication and the ability to engage with diverse
